Another Mario Kart fan and this time his favorite character is Bowser Jr. I did two little cake platforms and then "Stars" "Bob-ombs" and Mushrooms to top the cupcakes. These cupcakes had a peanut butter filling for extra....bobomb! Happy Birthday TJ! I wish I could have been there when he realized he could EAT Bowser!

That cake is awesome!! I wish I was closer to you because my son's favorite character is Bowser Jr. too and I am trying to figure out how to make him a Bowser Jr. cake!
