Sweet 16
This one was a smaller cake based on the pink and black two tiered cake I had done earlier. This was a 5 layer 6" Red Velvet made to go with the black and tourquoise theme. (Stripes are fondant and the blue is molding chocolate.) The birthday girl also served minis with it- Happy Birthday Miss Smith!

Another Belle Day!
I guess Belle is the favorite for little girls lately! This was a request for a "belle" with brown hair and blue eyes. I made her holding a rose this time, she was leaning over on her jumbo cupcake so I put her on a little 6" round. She was made with both fondant and molding chocolate.

Sweet Love!
Who doesn't love roses on Valentine's Day?
This roses are the cutest idea (that I totally copied from "I am baker"- thanks Carrie!) and I love the sophisticated look of this cake. I did a couple colors but my favorite is the white with clear sparkling sugar.
This cake is a 2 layer 6" round and comes in a white cake box with ribbon. $15
A great gift for a loved one or for yourself!
(It can be ordered in larger sizes)
You can order these roses by the dozen and create your own bouquet of regular sized cupcakes. They will have green fondant leaves and sparkling sugar also (not pictured.) $10 per six pack, $18 per dozen, $30 for two dozen
I will also have boxed Jumbo cupcakes available (roses with petals etc) for teachers or kids or anyone! $6
All cakes and cupcakes available in Red Velvet cake with cream cheese filling and White Choc BTB or Chocolate cake with salted caramel filling and White Chocolate BTB
Orders need to be in by Saturday morning please, to order email me at beth@walburger.com

Happy 101 BSA!
Blue and Gold is the Scout color theme so here it is! This was a red velvet two tiered cake for a boy scout birthday celebration. The top tier was red velvet layers alternating with chocolate layers and filling, the bottom was all red velvet and cream cheese filling alternating with white chocolate.
The blue on the top tier is molding chocolate- tastes much better than fondant! All the stars, stripes and decor are also made from molding chocolate.
I put a little scout tent, fire pit and scout cap to top it off, I thought the sleeping under the stars was appropriate. (love the scout faces!! thanks for sending the picture in!)
